Fantastic Experience.. I try plant based Banh Mi Style Baguette , crisps and hot chocolate. They are very fast. Maybe around 10 sec they gave me my food very Fast service the kamal And sapna they very humble staff also very fast 😄 Must visit this shop...

Very proud of myself for choosing the right place to get food. The tuna and mayo baguette was absolutely delicious, and the handmade brownie was way better than those I had in 80% of cafes. Definitely amazing quality for a 🛤 station food.

I had a absolutely great experience at upper crust Waterloo station the hospitality was fantastic I loved the food and the customer service was phenomenal the person why assist me was sabiha and sapna and Paul they are excellent people so we’ll mannered and I’ll recommend this shop to everyone great work guys keep it up I recommend everyone trying there new baguette, it’s absolutely delicious so tasty, Yum😇

Really friendly staff, always served with a smile. And they have a good selection of hot drinks and amazing sandwiches, including veg options. 50% discount is also another bonus.

Having exhausted options available to me in other stores (gluten intolerance) I decided to make an inquiry to see if they might have some gluten free bread at upper crust, two employees talking over each other and over me just kept asking me if I had any allergies and pointing at an allergen sheet saying check before you buy any sandwich. All I was asking was if they had any gluten free bread, but the concept of gluten just did not seem to register. After repeating my inquiry to them several times and still being referred to an allergen sheet, I had to give up , because clearly they would know if any of their bread was gluten free , it's not really an add on ingredient like mayo or mustard, it's a whole different bread. I'm not disappointed that they didn't have any options for me, I've come to accept lack of gluten free sandwiches in shops, I was just surprised that people working in a sandwich shop did not what gluten was and had no basic understanding of what they are selling.
